Guidelines, limitations, and usage terms for the Torqon platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Torqon website, dashboard, API, or MCP server, you agree to abide by these terms. Continued usage reflects acceptance of these terms and any subsequent modifications.

Platform Nature

  • Torqon is a production infrastructure platform for persistent memory and context retrieval in LLM systems.
  • It is accessible via MCP server, Claude Hooks integration, and REST API.
  • Features may evolve and availability may vary across plans.
  • We aim for best-effort uptime on all paid plans. No formal SLA is offered at this time.
Note: Torqon is actively developed — new capabilities are added regularly and plan limits may be adjusted with notice.

Acceptable Usage

Allowed

  • using the API, dashboard, and MCP server
  • browsing public documentation
  • building applications on top of Torqon's infrastructure

Not Allowed

  • abuse
  • infrastructure attacks
  • automated scraping
  • illegal activity
  • harmful system manipulation

Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions (Pro and Teams) are billed monthly and renew automatically on your billing date.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Torqon does not store card or banking details.
  • Topup credits are one-time purchases. They do not expire and are consumed before your plan quota.
  • Prices are displayed in USD by default. Indian users may see INR pricing where available.
  • All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund on your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the service.
  • Refunds are not available for renewals after the first billing cycle.
  • Topup credit purchases are non-refundable once activated.
  • To request a refund, email support@torqon.dev within the eligible window with your payment ID.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Data Retention

  • Memory facts and conversation context you store are retained for the lifetime of your account.
  • On account deletion, all stored facts, usage logs, and personal data are permanently removed within 30 days.
  • Free accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may have their stored facts purged after notice.
  • You can delete individual memory facts or your entire memory store at any time from the dashboard.

AI Output Disclaimer

  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies.
  • Orchestration systems do not guarantee correctness.
  • Generated responses should not be treated as professional advice.

Platform Availability

  • systems may change without notice
  • downtime may occur during internal testing
  • features may be modified or removed at our discretion

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their own submitted content where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Torqon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Usage of the platform occurs at the user's discretion and risk.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service — including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a risk to our infrastructure or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless the violation is severe.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Stored data is handled per the Data Retention section above.

Future Changes

These terms may evolve as the platform develops and transitions beyond the experimental phase.

Continued usage of the platform reflects acceptance of any updates to these terms.
