Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure (Railway, hosted in the US).
  • Access is restricted to authorized team members only.
  • Monitoring and alerting systems are in place for unusual activity.
  • Memory facts you store are retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 30 days of account removal.
Note: No system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@torqon.dev.

AI Processing Transparency

  • Memory facts and conversation context you store are processed by third-party AI providers to perform extraction and retrieval.
  • Torqon routes AI requests through OpenRouter, which may use models from providers including Google Gemini, Qwen, and others depending on your plan.
  • Context sent for optimization or retrieval may be temporarily processed by these providers and is subject to their own data policies.
  • Torqon does not sell or share your stored facts with any third party for advertising or profiling purposes.
Torqon focuses on contextual infrastructure, not user profiling. Your memory data is used solely to provide the service back to you.

Cookies & Analytics

  • We use essential session cookies required for authentication and dashboard access.
  • We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics — page views, feature usage, and performance metrics. No personally identifiable information is shared.
  • We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

You can opt out of analytics cookies via your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect login functionality.

User Rights

You have the following rights over your data. To exercise any of these, email support@torqon.dev.

Delete Your Data

Request removal of your account and all associated memory facts, usage records, and personal information.

Export Your Data

Request a copy of the facts and data stored against your account.

Correct Inaccuracies

Update or remove specific memory facts stored in your account at any time from the dashboard.

Communication Preferences

Opt out of non-essential email communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting support.

India (DPDPA): If you are a resident of India, you have additional rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, including the right to access, correct, erase, and nominate a representative for your personal data. Contact us at support@torqon.dev to exercise these rights.

Policy Changes

  • We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves or as required by applicable law.
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the dashboard.
  • The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
  • Continued use of the platform after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
